Knell started off as the 4-piece 'Splitter' in 2011 playing Indie Rock, but as time progressed another guitarist was added to help ‘thicken’ the sound and to help create more complex and heavier music. There have been a few line-up changes and it's been hard keeping a band together who want to write original music in a transient town where the people are constantly coming and going.
